Two former colleagues met again by chance after years apart. What started as a joyful reunion quickly became a deep conversation about youth wellbeing and the growing challenges parents face in a world where caring for each other is essential.
Despite the growth of professional support, many families still struggle and many children do not receive the care they deserve. The more we talked, the clearer it became: something had to change.
That conversation was the spark. Together we decided to create a podcast and a platform that brings parents, children, therapists, and coaches closer together — a place where families can find trusted support and a place where therapists and coaches can help each other.
